At the risk of sounding genderist (?) In a man, his character could be suspected, but it is normal for a woman to be concerned about her appearance. So natural that it must have evolved. The fact that you are aware of the dangers of vanity is good and anyway, you’re a cracker (that’s a good looker, not another name for a redneck).
@Lovegrove - Nothing wrong with genderizing. Separations exist . . whether we (read: women) like them or not.
Growing up with a large population of those who embraced vanity like a new religion, I will always be aware of the dangers. That being said, thank you for your compliment! Cheers.
