    So
heres my posting . . . (and a little bit of boasting)  ..wooo Im a poet.  Haha (and a nerd)

    Before    . .
    . .   . .   . .
    . .   . .   . .
    . .   . . and  After . . .

    So
    theres a story behind this . . .

    On
the way to my new apartment, my printer decided to not work any more.  It decided it didn
t  like its new working conditions, and ceased to
continue.  So I tried to take it apart,
and see what was going on, and basically got disgusted and left it in disarray
    all over my floor.

    So
when my parents came by the next day . . . that (of course) is the first thing
    they saw.

    My
    father  -
    whats wrong with the printer?

    Me
      -
    it
    s a
    piece of ass.
    kick-

    Father     -
-blank look- whats wrong with the printer?

    Me   -
    -siiiigh-  It decided to print
only yellow.  Theres nothing wrong with
the ink cartridges, they are brand new.
    I cleaned the print heads 40 times . . . still nothing.

    Father   -    is
    it out of ink?

    Me    -
    -smacks forehead-  didnt I just
    say?

    Father    -
did you put it through a cleaning cycle?

    Me
    -       Im leaving.

He stood there for about 6 minutes,
    contemplating the printer.

    The next day . . . I had a brand new
printer . . . and the bonus of a brand new, LCD flat movie screen 19 inch
    monitor.

I guess in the 6 minutes he stood there
contemplating the printer, he decided that he didnt like how my old HUGE
monitor hung over the edge of my desk.

    Hes so sweet.

So yeah . . I now have a new, gigantic
monitor.  Its GREAT for working with my
photos!  And it seems . . . I took the
printer in to get recycled at the computer store, and the guy said that the
repair would have run me about 50 bucks.
My father got the new . . updated printer . . for 60 bucks . . and it
    has a 20 dollar rebate.

The new printer was cheaper than the
    repair on the old.

    Figures.

    Works for me!

     Have a great day everyone.
