  • I went to see the tree yesterday (bright firey tree pictured in post below).  The leaves were red and green this year . .. not that intense golden fire color that it was a few years ago, when I took that picture. 


    I wasn't aware that trees did that . . . I always thought they turned only one color.  I guess it depends on the climate that year.  This year it has been rainy, and has gotten chilly pretty early.  The year I took that picture, it was still warm, but chilly at night, and dry. 


    amazing what a little climate change will do.

  • I wish we had trees. When I went to Sacramento for college there were so many trees on campus and I would walk through all the leaves and play in them I thought it was the greatest thing. Everyone laughed and thought I was so silly like what did I do when I was little. I had never seen leaves on the ground like that... I guess I forget that they have to fall somewhere... LOL we dont have trees which sound so weird, but  living in a desert I guess that is what happens. We trade the beauty of nature for warm weather :O( Well I hope you had fun. Thanks for the message I am working hard on the trust thing that is my biggest problem NOT trusting myself :O) working on that :O) thanks!!
